1 portable facility for the trade skill of your choice
Any Adventuring Gear from chart 7-8 in the players handbook
You may also have one +2 weapon and armor set
The group has the following items to divide up amongst themselves:
ring of x-ray vision [x-ray vision, 20 ft. Works through 3' wood/dirt, 1' stone, or 1" metal. Lead stops it completely] Note using the ring is physically exhausting and causes the wearer 1 point of constitution damage per minute after the first 10 minutes of use in a single day.
